Custom Card Game Sizes
Using our standard pre-made molds is the most cost-effective method. But if you need a custom size, that’s no problem! It simply means that we’ll need to prepare a special mold, which incurs a small additional fee. We can make cards of any thickness desired; for example, with children’s cards that need to be a bit more robust, we can glue two sheets together to make a sturdier custom deck of cards.
Custom Card Game Boxes
We offer a variety of packaging solutions for your card decks. Because most decks need to be collated in a specific order, we first handle this procedure and then load the cards into a traditional tuck-end box, a telescope rigid box (with a separate lid), or a magnetic closure rigid box (with a hinged lid and magnetic fastening).
If your custom printed card dark does not need its own box, we can shrink-wrap it to fit inside your card box or secure the cards in a custom insert made of cardboard, molded PVC, or foam.

In schools or professional settings, educational card games can be fully customized to fit your curriculum or topic. These decks can include flashcards, Q&A formats, matching games, or other interactive learning systems.

FAQs
How should I prepare digital files for die-cut card printing?
It is important to prepare your files correctly to ensure that your cards come out looking great. Below we share a few important tips:
- Export your files in PDF format for printing.
- Make sure that you change the color space from RGB to CMYK before you export.
- If you cannot use vectors — for example, if you are exporting bitmaps from Photoshop — then make sure that you set the image resolution to at least 300 dpi.
- If you have a design with colors or images which extend all the way to the edge of the finished sticker, remember to add a 3 mm “bleed zone” to allow for die-cutting.
If you’re working with a professional designer to create your files, they should understand the requirements to make everything “print ready”. But if you’re working with design software yourself for the first time, these tips are vital to remember before you submit your files. Still, our team of experts will always manually check all your files before we go to press. If we find any issues, we will let you know and help you resolve them.
Can I order a sample deck before mass production?
Yes, you can order a sample deck before mass production! We offer various proofing options to help you review the design, colors, paper type, and print quality of the final product.
If you’re unsure about our paper types, finishes, or want to see examples of past projects, you can also request a paper sample pack for reference. This means you can be fully confident before moving forward with your order.
How long does it take to print and ship custom card decks?
The production timeline typically ranges from 2 to 3 weeks, depending on the complexity of your order. Shipping times vary by location, but we provide estimated delivery dates upon order confirmation.
What file format should I use for custom card designs?
We accept high-resolution PDF files with a minimum of 300 DPI in CMYK color mode and a 3-mm bleed. Be sure to include bleed and crop marks for accurate printing.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide, including to the USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, and more. We offer various shipping options, including combined sea and air freight, to suit your budget and timeline.

QinPrinting Reviews
We are so grateful and will definitely come back again for printing services!!
We are VERY grateful! Thank you
As a first-time children’s author, this whole process has been nothing short of hurdles. So, the stressors of having my book made overseas were valid. But Nelson always reassured me that everything was going to work out, and they would deliver quality books. Qin Printing did just that and more!!! Nelson patiently walked me through the entire process. He answered my endless questions with kindness. We had multiple Zoom meetings and sometimes at the last minute. Nelson followed up when my books were shipped to keep me updated on its arrival. Also, he followed up to make sure that I was satisfied with the quality of the books. I worked with Nelson from February until August because there were serious delays on my end with preparing my book to be printed. Once again, Nelson’s awesome personality was always encouraging, especially at times when I needed it the most.
When the books arrived, I couldn’t stop SMILING!! All of the hurdles were worth seeing something that I had been working on for 8 years. More importantly, the feedback that I have received from others about the quality of the books has been very comforting. I can confidently present my book When I Grow Up Adventures: Feelings Matter to others without pause. I’m so THANKFUL that I was able to do business with this company. Without hesitation, I will continue to do business with them.
As a finished artist with 30 years of experience I can comfortably recommend this company to you
