What types of custom packaging boxes do you make?
We produce folding cartons, rigid setup boxes, corrugated shippers and mailers, paper shopping bags, and protective box inserts. Whether you need retail packaging, luxury gift boxes, or industrial shipping cartons, we manufacture them to your exact dimensions, stock, and finish.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is 300 pieces for folding carton boxes, corrugated boxes, rigid boxes, and paper bags. For blister inserts, the MOQ is 500 pieces.
Can I order a sample before placing a full order?
Yes. We offer three options. Plain (blank) samples let you check the structure and stock. Printed pre-production samples give you a close preview of the finished look and are produced on digital printers. And for color-critical projects, we can produce offset printing samples. Sample fees apply. Please note that your mass-production order is run on offset presses, so colors can vary slightly between a digital sample and the final offset run — if exact color matching is important to you, we recommend ordering an offset sample, which carries a higher fee than a digital one.
How much does custom packaging cost?
For folding carton boxes and corrugated boxes, you can get an instant online quote. For rigid boxes or paper bags, send us your specs and artwork, and you’ll receive a detailed quote within 24 hours.
What materials and finishes can I choose from?
We offer a wide range of stock — including paperboard, art paper, kraft, and corrugated, with FSC-certified and recyclable options available. Finishes include matte or gloss lamination, soft-touch coating, foil stamping, embossing, spot UV, and die-cut windows.
How long do production and shipping take?
Production typically takes 10–15 business days after you approve the proof. Shipping time depends on your location and chosen method — sea freight is the most economical option for large orders, while air freight or express is faster for urgent or smaller runs.
Are my shipments insured, and what happens if the packaging boxes are damaged in transit?
Yes, we fully insure every shipment. In the rare event that your packaging boxes are damaged during transit, QinPrinting takes full responsibility. Simply provide us with photos of the damaged master cartons and products, and we will immediately process a refund for the affected items or fast-track a complimentary reprint to ensure your project timeline is not delayed.
