What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ for custom kraft boxes is 300 units.
What is the turnaround time?
Production usually takes 10–20 days after you approve the proof. Shipping time depends on your destination and the shipping method you choose.
Do you offer eco-friendly materials?
Yes. We can produce your kraft boxes using FSC-certified paper, recycled paper, and soy-based inks. Kraft paper is recyclable and biodegradable by nature.
Will my colors print accurately on kraft paper?
It depends on the kraft color and the printing method. On brown kraft, solid spot colors screen-print cleanly, while full-color artwork is printed over a white underbase so the brown doesn’t show through. Even so, the brown base slightly mutes color. If exact, bright color is important to your design, choose white kraft cardstock — it gives the kraft look with much more accurate color reproduction.
What's the difference between brown, white, and black kraft?
All three are real kraft stock and share the same durable, recyclable fiber. Brown kraft is the classic natural look for organic and sustainable branding. White kraft keeps that eco-friendly feel but prints full-color artwork far more accurately. Black kraft gives a bold, premium look and pairs especially well with foil stamping and white or metallic ink.
Which kraft paper weight (gsm) should I choose?
We commonly use 250, 300, 350, and 400 gsm kraft. Lighter weights (250–300 gsm) suit small retail cartons, soap boxes, and sleeves, while heavier weights (350–400 gsm) are better for larger boxes or heavier products that need more rigidity. Tell us your product size and weight and we’ll recommend the right stock.
Can kraft boxes be used for shipping and mailers?
Yes. Kraft mailer styles work well for e-commerce, subscription boxes, and branded deliveries. For heavier items or long-distance shipping that needs more protection, we can produce kraft mailers on corrugated board for added strength.
Can I order kraft boxes in a custom size?
Yes. Every kraft box is made to your exact dimensions — there are no fixed size templates. Just send us your product’s length, width, and height (or the product itself for reference), and we’ll build a custom dieline to fit, whether you need small soap boxes or large retail and gift packaging.
Can I add foil stamping, embossing, or spot UV to kraft boxes?
Absolutely. Kraft boxes take premium finishes beautifully. Foil stamping (gold, silver, rose gold, and more), embossing, debossing, and spot UV all add contrast and a high-end feel against the natural kraft texture — a popular choice for logos and branded details.
