How we work
Step 1. You send the printing request to us. Our salesperson will help you choose the paper, the cover surface, the page count, the quantity and the binding method. We can provide you with a quote price or you can get an online quote.
Step 2.When the quote price for the printing is established, we quote the shipping cost depending on the delivery address. You can also have a forwarder to ship the finished product to you.
Step 3.After you approve the total quote price, please send us the printing files through www.wetransfer.com or other similar services. We will check the artwork for you and send you a PDF proof.
Step 4.We place the order and send a proforma invoice. Please pay a 50% deposit.
Step 5.After you approve the PDF proof, we begin printing the hard proof or the mass products.
Step 6.When the mass products are finished, we can confirm the delivery information. Please pay the remaining balance for the printing.
Step 7.We have the mass products shipped to you through our contacts or through your forwarder.
Step 8. Our salesperson will follow-up on the shipment for you. You’ll receive your products in your specified delivery address. Thank you for working with us!
