Custom A0 Poster Printing Tips
Firstly, A0 posters are for large size poster printing. These include a lot of larger sized artworks and texts on the poster. Please make use of the correct size logo and images to complete this poster. Do not rely on smaller images to be enlarged, as they would ruin the quality of the images.
The best way to ensure that your pictures are of high quality is to zoom into 300% and check for the quality. This is the closest to how it will look after printing. If anything seems pixelated or of low resolution, please ensure that all photos and images are high resolutions.
Secondly, please keep all the margins on the poster to be more than 20mm.
Thirdly, to print quality A0 posters, it is important that all texts and logos are in vector. Whether it is a large-sized poster or a small-sized one, vector files ensure quality printing.
Finally, A0 posters are large. To enable the readers to see, a text font size of at least 24pt, and heading font size is of at least 36pt must be used.
Digital Printing VS Offset Printing
Digital printing is the better choice for less quantity printing. However, for larger quantities of 500pcs or more, offset printing is better.
Offset printing quality is one of the best that you will receive and the quality of the paper is also very good. Digital printing with inkjet or laser printers is cheaper, quicker of the two, and good for smaller projects. Digital printing is better for putting individual information on the poster. Most digital printers print in the A3 size. For A0 sizes, the use of large web digital printers is required. When it comes to web digital printers, the papers used are not flexible.
A0 Size Poster Package
A0 posters that we send are packed in waterproof paper and cartons. They are laid flatly in the package. The size of the cartons is around 860mm x 1210mm. Flat poster packaging ensures that the posters are not damaged. Thereby the package can protect each poster well. It can also save shipping costs on your end. We can also make use of a tube to complete your packaging. However, the volume becomes larger and shipping gets more expensive.
For shipment via sea, besides waterproof paper packaging and cartons, we also place the cartons on a pallet and shrink-wrap it.
