We engineer the specific friction tolerance between the inner tray and the outer sleeve based on your box size, paper finish, and the weight of your product. This creates a smooth, controlled glide. 1. Choose Your Sleeve Structure
How do you want the drawer to function?
The Design: Open on both ends. The drawer can slide out from either the left or right side.
Best For: Lightweight products, confectionery, and cost-effective packaging solutions.
The Design: One end of the sleeve is sealed closed. When the drawer is pushed in, it hits a “stop” at the back.
Best For: Heavy items (perfume, electronics) and premium gifts. It offers better protection and prevents the drawer from accidentally sliding all the way out and dropping the product.
2. Choose Your Pull Mechanism
How will your customer open the drawer?
A satin or grosgrain ribbon loop is attached to the drawer front. It adds a pop of color and makes sliding effortless. (Available in 10mm, 16mm, or custom widths).
A precision die-cut semi-circle on the sleeve allows the user to push the drawer out with their thumb. This creates a clean, flush look with no protruding parts.
For furniture-style drawers, we can install a cotton rope handle. This is ideal for larger boxes or reusable storage kits.
