What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is 300 units for all candle box styles, one of the lower minimums in custom candle packaging. This makes it practical for small candle brands, new launches, and seasonal collections to order fully custom boxes without committing to huge volumes.
What is the production and shipping times?
roduction takes 10–20 days after you approve the proof. Shipping time is separate and depends on your destination and whether you choose ocean or air freight. Shipping cost is quoted separately; submit the quote form and our team will reply within 24 hours.

Do you offer custom candle box styles?
Yes. We make a wide range of paper candle packaging styles, including folding cartons, kraft paper boxes, rigid gift boxes, corrugated boxes, window boxes, and boxes with hang tabs or inserts. You can use our online quote tool or contact us for a custom structure.
Do you provide dielines and artwork support?
Yes. Standard box templates are available under our online quote tool and on our box template page. For custom sizes or structures, we can prepare a personalized dieline. We do not provide full design services, but we offer a free artwork check to make sure your files meet printing requirements.
What file formats do you accept for artwork?
Please provide PDF files with 3 mm bleed, CMYK colors, embedded fonts, and high-resolution images.
Can I print my logo on the candle boxes?
Yes. Your logo can be printed in full-color CMYK or exact Pantone colors, or applied as gold/silver foil, spot UV, embossing, or debossing. Custom-printed candle boxes with a logo are one of our most popular requests.
Can you add a window so the candle is visible inside the box?
Yes. We can die-cut a window in almost any shape and back it with a clear PET film patch, so the candle is protected but fully visible on the shelf. Windows are popular for jar and tin candles where the color or label is part of the appeal.
Do you make candle boxes with inserts for jars or multi-candle sets?
Yes. We build inserts, dividers, and trays from paperboard, EVA foam, or sponge to hold one jar securely or to separate the candles in a 2-piece or multi-candle gift set. Inserts prevent movement and breakage in transit and give the set a more premium feel.
How can I make my candle packaging look more luxury?
Premium finishes are key to brand elevation. We offer several high-end options, including Gold/Silver Foil Stamping for a metallic shine, Spot UV to make your logo pop, and Soft-touch Lamination for a velvet-like tactile experience. Adding Embossing can also create a 3D texture that customers can feel.
Do you provide samples before mass production?
Of course. We offer hard proofs, digital proofs, and finished samples so you can check colors, finishes, and materials before full production.
