Can I choose a custom design for the front and back of the card?
What's the most popular size for pun card games?
The most commonly used size is poker size – 63 x 88 mm (2.5″ x 3.5″). It’s familiar, easy to handle, and perfect for pun card formats. If your card has special design needs, we also offer custom sizes. To ensure each set of cards has smooth edges, we use an extrusion mold to die-cut every batch. Having produced cards for many years, we’ve built up a large inventory of molds, allowing you to save on mold fees. We likely have a mold for your desired size—but if you need a custom dimension not listed below, we can accommodate that, too!
Can I get a sample before placing a full order?
Yes! We recommend ordering a sample to check print quality, color, and feel before bulk production.
What file formats do you accept?
