What is included in each puzzle greeting card set?
Each set includes one 5″ × 7″ custom jigsaw puzzle, one printed backing card, one colored paper envelope, and one clear protective bag. Additional printed components can be quoted separately if required.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity is 300 sets per design. Different puzzle images, messages, or backing card artwork are treated as separate designs. Larger quantities generally offer more competitive unit pricing.
What can I print on the puzzle and backing card?
You can print photographs, illustrations, greetings, invitations, branded graphics, promotional messages, or fixed QR codes. The puzzle and backing card can use coordinated or different artwork, provided all content is supplied in print-ready files.
Can I customize both the puzzle and backing card?
Yes. The puzzle and backing card can each have their own artwork. The backing card can include greetings, instructions, branding, event details, product information, or a fixed QR code.
Can I choose the envelope color?
Yes. You can choose from our available colored paper options. We can recommend an envelope color that coordinates with your puzzle and backing card artwork.
Can every set have a different name or message?
No. Our offset printing process is designed for repeated artwork, so all sets within one production run use the same design and message. Different names, photographs, or messages must be ordered as separate designs, with 300 sets per design.
Can I order several designs at the same time?
Yes. Multiple designs can be produced under one overall order, but each design must meet the minimum quantity of 300 sets. Please identify each design clearly when submitting your files.
What artwork files and specifications do you require?
Print-ready PDF files are preferred, although AI and PSD files are also accepted. Please use our templates, provide images at 300 dpi, include 0.125″ (3 mm) bleed, and outline or embed all fonts. Our prepress team will check the files for common production issues before printing.
Will I receive a proof before production?
Yes. We will provide a PDF proof for you to review and approve before mass production. Please check the artwork, spelling, layout, and component details carefully, as production begins after approval.
Can I order a sample before mass production?
Yes. We can produce a paid printed prototype so you can review the puzzle, backing card, envelope, and overall presentation. The prototype is normally digitally printed, while mass production uses offset printing, so slight color differences may occur.
How long does production take?
Production usually takes around three weeks after the final artwork, proof, specifications, and payment are confirmed. Large quantities, additional components, or complex assembly requirements may need more time.
Can you ship internationally?
Yes. We can arrange international air or sea shipping according to the order quantity, destination, budget, and required delivery date. Shipping costs and estimated transit times will be confirmed before production.
