Custom Pharmaceutical Box Inserts
Products inside a pharmaceutical carton vary from bottles and vials to blister cards and tubes. To prevent movement and damage, we design custom inserts matched to your product shape and carton size. Material options include F flute corrugated for added cushioning and stack strength, and paperboard inserts for a clean presentation. We can combine pads, partitions, sleeves, and die cut cavities or build a raised platform to hold items securely during handling and shipping.
Instruction Leaflets and Printing Options
Every medicine carton needs clear instructions for use. You can place key directions on the outer or inner panels, or include a separate instruction leaflet inside the box. For brochure style inserts, common papers are 60 gsm, 70 gsm, or 80 gsm uncoated offset, which fold compactly without bulk. Folding styles include half fold, roll fold, accordion fold, and gate fold. We will size the panels to your copy length and carton cavity and provide a dieline and folding mockup for approval.

It’s also important to note that any medical or pharmaceutical products placed in our boxes must be pre-sealed in their own containers, such as a blister-pack, bottle, or plastic bag so that there’s no risk of contamination.
