Match the Box to the Sales Channel
A snack box may be designed for a single retail product, a multipack, a shelf display, or a direct-to-consumer shipment. Choosing the right format starts with how the product will be packed, sold, and delivered.

Snack Box Features
We develop the snack box around the sealed inner package, packed weight, and intended loading process.
Add-Ons for Luxury Boxes
If you sell premium or gift snacks, these add-ons create a high-end unboxing experience: ribbons, carrying handles, inner platforms, satin linings, and custom inserts that cradle each snack.
A Wide Range of Custom Finishes
Matte, gloss, or soft-touch lamination can protect frequently handled retail cartons. Spot UV, foil, embossing, and inside printing can elevate premium snack ranges.
Custom Printing
Offset printing reproduces product photography, flavor identification, ingredient information, customer-supplied nutritional panels, barcodes, and promotional graphics with consistent detail. For multi-SKU snack ranges, a clear visual system helps customers identify each flavor while maintaining a consistent brand look.
Not sure whether the project needs paperboard, corrugated board, or a display-ready structure? Tell us the packed weight, channel, and loading method and we will help narrow the options.
Test the Fully Packed Box
For snack packaging, a sample should be evaluated with the real sealed products and the intended quantity inside. Check loading speed, closure, bulging, handle strength, display conversion, product movement, and the condition of the box after a shipping or handling trial.

FAQs
What is the minimum quantity for custom snack boxes?
The MOQ is 300 boxes per design for folding cartons, rigid boxes, and corrugated boxes. Orders of 2,000 or more generally offer better unit pricing.
Should I use paperboard or corrugated board?
Paperboard is suitable for lightweight retail cartons and smaller multipacks. Corrugated board provides more strength for heavier products, subscription boxes, and direct shipping.
Can one box hold several snack flavors or product sizes?
Often, yes, when the product dimensions and arrangement are compatible. Send us the dimensions, weight, quantity, and preferred arrangement of each sealed item so we can recommend suitable partitions, trays, or inserts.
Can a shipping box also become a retail display?
In some cases, yes. Shelf-ready boxes can include perforated or removable panels, but the converted display should be tested for opening performance and stability before production.
What information do you need for a quote?
Please provide the sealed product dimensions and weight, units per box, quantity, packing method, printing requirements, and delivery address.
Can you add a carry handle?
Yes, provided the board grade, box structure, handle position, and total packed weight are suitable. We recommend testing a fully loaded sample.
How can I reduce the cost of my snack boxes?
Use an efficient structure, avoid unnecessary materials, and keep the same finished size across multiple artwork versions where possible. Higher quantities can also reduce the unit cost.
Do you make flexible snack pouches as well?
No. We specialize in paper-based outer packaging, including folding cartons, corrugated boxes, display boxes, rigid boxes, and mailers. Snacks must already be sealed in a suitable food-safe pouch, wrapper, cup, tray, or container before being packed into our boxes.
Do you provide shipping tests?
We can produce prototypes for your own packing and transit evaluation. Formal laboratory testing or certification should be arranged separately when required.
Send Us the Packed Product Details
To get started, send us the sealed product dimensions, weight, units per box, quantity, and delivery address. Details such as the preferred arrangement, loading method, artwork, finishes, and shipping channel will help us recommend the most suitable structure.
