Packaging for Coffee Bags, Pods, and Tasting Sets
Retail shelves, subscriptions, sampling programs, and gift sets place different demands on coffee packaging. The outer box should suit both the sealed inner pack and the way customers will buy, open, and use it.

FAQs
What is the MOQ for custom coffee boxes?
Our minimum is 300 boxes per design for folding cartons, rigid boxes, and corrugated boxes. Quantities above 2,000 normally deliver a much better unit price.
Do you print the coffee bag itself?
No. We specialize in paper-based outer packaging, including cartons, printed sleeves, inserts, rigid boxes, and corrugated mailers. Coffee must already be sealed in a suitable food-safe bag, pod, capsule, sachet, tin, jar, or other inner container before being packed into our boxes.
How should I measure a coffee bag for a box?
Measure the actual sealed production bag at its widest, deepest, and tallest points. Include the folded top, seal, valve, and any label or closure that changes the outer size.
Can the box accommodate a one-way valve?
Yes, but the structure should not press heavily on the valve or force the bag into an unnatural shape. An actual sealed production sample is recommended for fit testing.
Can you make pod or capsule dispenser boxes?
Yes. Send the unit dimensions, count, orientation, loading method, and desired dispensing action. Perforations and openings should be tested before mass production.
Can I package several origins in one tasting box?
Yes. Compartments, numbered positions, printed maps, and tasting cards can organize a flight of origins or roasts. The box can be folding, drawer-style, rigid, or corrugated depending on the presentation and budget.
Can you produce subscription coffee mailers?
Yes. We print corrugated mailers with outside and inside artwork, paperboard partitions, cards, booklets, and other paper components for direct delivery.
Which finish suits specialty coffee packaging?
Uncoated or kraft papers, matte lamination, soft-touch surfaces, blind embossing, and restrained foil are common choices. The right finish depends on the artwork, channel, product tier, and desired handling resistance.
Can multiple roasts use the same box size?
Yes. Identical dimensions can share the same dieline and cutting die. Each roast or origin remains a separate artwork version, and combined production may improve coordination and freight efficiency.
Can you match the box colors to an existing coffee bag?
We can use CMYK or Pantone references and compare a supplied production bag or physical color sample. Printed film, coated board, kraft paper, and textured stock reflect color differently, so an exact visual match cannot be guaranteed. A physical proof is recommended for critical colors.
