We had a very positive experience working with QinPrinting. The standout feature throughout the process was their exceptionally fast response time — whether generating quotations, answering technical questions, or clarifying production details. Communication was consistently professional, clear, and efficient, which made the entire process much smoother.
The final insert cards were also produced to a very high standard. The cardstock quality, soft-touch lamination, and overall finish gave the inserts a premium feel that aligned perfectly with our brand positioning.
Production and delivery were handled professionally, and the overall experience reflected strong attention to detail and customer service.
We are very happy with the outcome and would gladly work with QinPrinting again for future projects.

This was my first time working with QinPrinting, and my first time in charge of getting a book printed. The staff were very helpful! They made sure I understood everything that was going on, they corrected the one error I found quickly, they kept me updating on the shipping process, and the final result was beautiful!

Excellent communication to get my final children book design approval. Since the book's were shipped by cargo it took some time to get to the U.S but they facilitate an air shipment of 20 samples to meet my deadline. it was worth the waiting.
