What quantities make sense for crowdfunding?
Most campaigns print 500–2,000 decks. Printed prototypes are available pre-launch.
Can I do gilded edges on laminated cards?
No. Gilded edges require varnish on both sides (not lamination). Painted/sprayed edges can pair with lamination.
Can cards stand upright inside a rigid box? Is pricing different from laying them flat?
Yes, we can pack decks standing upright or laid flat in the rigid box. Pricing is the same—we’ll size the insert accordingly.
What are standard sizes and corner radii?
Common sizes: Poker 2.5″ × 3.5″, Tarot 2.75″ × 4.75″, plus custom. Standard R3 mm rounded corners; other radii available.
What's the typical timeline?
Prototype 1–2 weeks → Mass production 2–3 weeks after proof approval. Shipping time varies by destination.
Do you offer shrink wrap for each card deck?
Yes. We provide individual shrink-wrap for every deck, with a clean finish for retail.
Can you help with barcodes and carton labeling for fulfillment?
Yes—UPC/EAN placement on tuck/rigid boxes and carton labels for 3PLs.
How accurate are colors vs. prototypes?
Prototypes are printed on digital presses; mass production is printed on offset presses. Colors between digital and offset printing may differ slightly.
