What Is Wire-O Hardcover Book Printing?
A Wire-O hardcover book is built in two parts:
- The outside is a rigid hardcover case made from 2 mm–3 mm grayboard wrapped in printed paper and finished with matte, gloss, soft-touch, faux leather, or other premium materials.
- The inside pages are punched and bound with a Wire-O metal loop, instead of glued at the spine.
From the outside, it looks and feels like a real hardcover book. When you open it, it behaves like a professional Wire-O notebook — it lies flat on a table and pages can turn a full 360°. It’s the perfect hybrid of “executive presentation” and “practical, everyday use.”
