Qinprinting was very reponsive to my questions and the work was carefully done.
This is our first time getting this kind of work done. We followed the instructions on the website and in less than a day had an email from a rep in Canada who guided us through the process. He was patient and explained what we needed to do. When I got it wrong, he offered corrective advice in a very clear way. The order was for a very particular product and we got exactly what we wanted, a decent price and in a very timely manner. We could not be happier with QinPrinting.

While Qin was very helpful in the initial stages of our book printing, their approach was significantly different when a problem occurred, making a complete 180 on their service. The company takes the approach that the customer is always wrong, even while deploying a method of communication, file uploading, and proofing that invites errors and issues. While their printing quality is good, we fully regret using them for book printing and will not use them for future projects.
