Custom Printed Paper Bag Prices
While the final cost of your custom printed paper bags depends on the structural design, size, paper choice, finishes, and quantity, the example chart below gives you an idea of what your project could cost. Unlike many offset printers who set a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 1,000 units, our MOQ is just 500 — and our wholesale pricing drops sharply as quantities rise.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom paper bags?
Our MOQ is just 500 bags — lower than the 1,000-unit minimum many printers require. This lets small businesses and boutiques order branded paper bags without committing to huge volumes, while larger wholesale quantities bring the per-unit price down significantly.
Can I order custom paper bags with my logo?
Yes. Every bag is fully custom-printed with your logo, brand colors, and artwork. We offer full-color CMYK, Pantone color matching, and premium finishes like foil stamping and embossing so your branding looks sharp and professional.
What sizes and shapes are available?
We don’t limit you to fixed templates — bags are made to your exact dimensions, from small folding bags to large carry bags with reinforced sides. Just tell us your product or the size you need, and we’ll build the bag around it. A few popular standard sizes are listed in the sizes section above.
What handle options do you offer?
We offer textured ribbon, shiny ribbon, cord or rope, and die-cut handles, in a range of styles and colors. For extra strength we can reinforce handles with grommets, and we can add tie-on tags if you’d like.
Are your paper bags eco-friendly?
Yes. Paper bags are recyclable by nature, and on request we make them from recycled or FSC-certified materials and print with soy-based inks. We can also add the FSC logo to show your sustainability credentials.
What paper do you use for full-color printing?
Most of our custom printed paper bags are made from premium coated paper — coated on two sides (C2S) or one side (C1S) — finished with gloss or matte lamination, which gives the brightest, sharpest full-color results. Full-color printing also works well on white kraft paper and white textured paper (these are left unlaminated to keep their natural feel). The one exception is brown kraft: because of its dark natural tone, brown kraft isn’t suitable for full-color artwork and is best used with solid spot-color printing instead.
