Return and Shipping Policy
At QinPrinting, we are committed to ensuring that your products arrive safely and in perfect condition. This document outlines our return and shipping policies, as well as the procedures for handling any issues that may arise during shipment.
Shipment Tracking and Delivery
Air Shipments:
For all air shipments, we will provide you with a tracking number from our trusted shipping partners, FedEx and DHL. You can track your shipment through their official websites using the tracking number, or you may contact their local branch for further assistance.
Sea Shipments (Pallets):
For pallet shipments via sea, we will issue the Telex Release and Bill of Lading (BL) once the balance is cleared. These documents can be used to track your shipment with the freight forwarder or contact them directly using the details provided on the BL.
Sea Shipments (Cartons):
For carton shipments via sea, after the vessel arrives at Long Beach port and the customs clearance is completed by our freight forwarder in the United States, we will provide you with a UPS ground tracking number. We continuously monitor the delivery status from our end and can reach out to our delivery partner on your behalf if necessary.
Product Protection and Insurance
We take comprehensive measures to ensure the security of your products during transit. For sea shipments, if you have opted for CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) or DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), we will also purchase insurance to cover potential damages during transportation. In the event that your product is damaged in transit, the insurance company will compensate for the cost of the products. Upon receiving the compensation, we will either:
- Issue a full refund to you, or
- Reprint the products, based on your preference.
Quality Guarantee
We offer a 100% quality guarantee for all products. In the event that there are any quality issues resulting from our production process, we will either reprint the products or issue a full refund, as per your preference.
To ensure a smooth resolution, please contact us within one month of receiving the mass-produced products if there are any quality issues.
How to File a Claim for Quality Issues
If you experience any quality issues, please take the following steps:
- Contact your Sales Representative: Reach out to the sales representative who handled your order directly. They will assist you in resolving any issues related to your order.
- Email us at [email protected]: If your sales representative does not respond in a timely manner, please contact us at [email protected]. We are dedicated to resolving any concerns as promptly as possible.
